PIEZO ignition

Piezo ignition is most commonly found in outdoor stoves or better lighters for smokers. This ignition is fast and safe, because it eliminates the need for the user to come into contact with an open flame. Its advantage is ease of use, where when igniting the stove you do not need any lighter or matches. The principle of piezo ignition consists of simply pressing a button on the stove, which creates a voltage impulse in a small piezo crystal, causing a spark to jump near the burner. The spark then ignites the released gas.
