The set contains a small LED torch with a built-in USB plug and a separate USB adapter that goes into the 12 V cigarette lighter socket in the car. The torch charges straight in the adapter, no cable needed.

The torch body is rubberised ABS in a black-and-grey finish, so it does not slip in the hand. The adapter has a small indicator LED so you can see that power is coming through. The 5 V/1 A output also charges other small electronics.
