Το δίχτυ No-See-Um είναι κατασκευασμένο από πολύ λεπτό ύφασμα, το οποίο κρατά ακόμη και τα μικρότερα έντομα σε επαρκή απόσταση από το κεφάλι και το πρόσωπο. Ιδανικά φοριέται πάνω από ένα κάλυμμα κεφαλής (όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα με το καπέλο) και στο τέλος του λαιμού είναι εξοπλισμένο με ελαστική ταινία, ώστε να μην υπάρχει καμία τρύπα εισόδου.
