The Black Diamond Belay Parka jacket was completely redesigned in 2023 to withstand conditions worthy of belaying on winter single-pitch routes and on enormous alpine walls, and allows you to shelter whilst your partner battles on the sharp end. Our warmest synthetic Belay Parka is equipped with 200gsm mapped Primaloft Rise insulation and Primaloft Gold Cross Core across the entire body, shoulders and hood. A 50D ripstop shell without PFC protects against adverse conditions, whilst a 20D nylon taffeta lining provides an additional layer of warmth.
