Fenix TK28R is an extra powerful flashlight of the TK series and will provide you with a light output of up to 6500 lumens (ANSI) and the ability to cut through the dark to a distance of up to 400 meters. Behind this impressive power is a unique combination of a wide and long-range reflector with two powerful Luminus SST-70 and SFT-70 LEDs. In addition to dazzling white light, the TK28R is also equipped with a powerful red light with an output of up to 260 lumens. Power is supplied by a pair of robust 18650 rechargeable batteries, each with a capacity of 4000 mAh (included), which you can conveniently recharge directly in the flashlight via a modern USB-C connector. Operation is intuitive and lightning-fast thanks to the tactical switch and the innovative FlexiSensa control rotary lever. It allows not only locking the flashlight against accidental activation, but also choosing between white and red light. Need maximum runtime? On the lowest mode the TK28R will shine for up to 102 hours. The flat design thanks to the rectangular head and side-by-side batteries ensures the flashlight does not get in the way in a pocket, on a belt, or in a backpack, fits perfectly in the hand and allows a firm grip. Its robust, waterproof construction (IP68) is designed to withstand even the toughest conditions, from torrential downpours to extreme use. Whether you are a member of security forces, participate in rescue missions, engage in hunting, or are looking for an uncompromising companion for your outdoor adventures, the Fenix TK28R is ready to exceed your expectations.
All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, runtime on batteries, waterproofing, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Use of the Fenix TK28R flashlight
There may be an insulating cover on the batteries from the factory. Before first use remove it.
The FlexiSensa Control rotary controller at the end of the flashlight can be used to select the desired lighting mode: white light – locked – red light.
Turning on/off - When the flashlight is unlocked, press the main tactical button at the end of the flashlight to turn it on; for instant activation press the button lightly.
Switching output modes and strobe - By pressing the side function button you can at any time during operation cycle through the output modes of the selected light color. The maximum 6500 lumen mode can be directly activated at any time on an unlocked flashlight by holding the main tactical button for 0.5 seconds. To switch to the strobe while the flashlight is on, hold the selector button for 0.5 seconds. To turn the flashlight directly into strobe mode, press and hold the selector button.
Lock/off mode - When the flashlight is on, in any state turn the rotary switch to the lock/off mode to turn off and lock the flashlight. Pressing the buttons will then not be able to turn the flashlight on.
Memory of last set mode - The flashlight has memory and will always turn on in the last set mode, except for strobe.
Battery replacement - Flip open the head of the flashlight and insert the batteries with poles according to the marking. Then close the head again and secure it.
Charging - Slide the charging port cover on the end of the flashlight, then connect the USB-C charging cable to the flashlight. The indicator in the selector button lights red during charging and lights green when fully charged. If charging fails or the batteries are inserted incorrectly, the battery status indicator will blink red or remain off to alert the user to check the batteries. Using a powerful USB source 9 V/3 A (27 W) will charge fully depleted batteries in about 1.5 hours; using a USB source 5 V/3 A (15 W) charges them in about 3 hours.
Battery charge level indication - At each switch-on the indicator LED in the selector button is activated for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green blinking means 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 25-50%. Red blinking indicates that less than 25% of battery capacity remains.
Low battery warning - If the battery voltage falls below the set level, the flashlight will reduce brightness to a lower level. Upon reaching the lowest output, the battery status indicator will begin to slowly blink red to remind users to charge or replace the battery in time.
Intelligent overheating protection - If the flashlight temperature exceeds 60 °C, output will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature falls below 60 °C, the output will gradually increase again.
Warning
- Do not disassemble sealed parts of the flashlight yourself, this will void the warranty.
- Keep the flashlight out of the reach of children!
- Do not shine the flashlight directly into your own or anyone else's eyes!
- Never use differently discharged batteries or batteries with different capacities.
- Lock the flashlight or loosen the body by a few turns to prevent accidental activation during storage or transport.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after long-term use, replace them. The rings also need to be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher output modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The batteries are almost depleted – replace them.
- The contacts inside the flashlight or battery holder are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The flashlight body is loose – add lubricant to the sealing rings and tighten.
Warranty
Five-year warranty on the flashlight, two years on the batteries.
