A large zip pouch. Inside there is a removable insert with elastic loops that lets you organise dressings, ampoules and a paramedic's equipment clearly. The pouch is compatible with VIS (Versatile Insert System), so you can clip in other inserts and arrange the interior as you like. On the front there is a reflective element and a pocket made of stretchy VersaStretch® fabric for gloves. It is the larger version of the SAR Medium Pouch (and was meant to sit below it on the vest).
