The Wolfhound Hoodie is a light, warm, compact reversible jacket.
The jacket gives camouflage in three variants:
PenCott Wildwood and PenCott Snowdrift
Mitchell Camo Leaf and Mitchell Camo Clouds

Climashield® Apex™ insulation warms even when wet
Unlike down, insulation made of synthetic fibres warms even when wet and does not clump. You can wash the jacket in a washing machine. The insulation with a weight of 67 g/m² is light, efficient, gives breathability and also has good compression properties. It performs as a standalone layer at lower temperatures and as an insulation layer under a hardshell in harder conditions.
Windpack Nylon protects against wind
It is a light, quick-drying material that protects against the chilling effect of wind. Thanks to this it improves thermal comfort during a halt and at lower intensity of movement.
A hydrophobic finish protects the outer layer
It increases resistance to soiling and to the ingress of moisture. Thanks to this the jacket is simpler to care for and keeps its properties longer.
Freedom of movement thanks to VersaStretch
Elastic panels under the arms increase mobility during dynamic activity. The jacket stays in place and does not restrict the natural work of the body.
Every detail in the construction of the jacket answers real needs of use in the field.
Protection against draughts
The elastic rubberised binding at the cuffs and at the bottom of the jacket helps to seal the whole construction.
An ergonomic hood
The adjustable hood with elastic binding protects the head against wind and light rain.
A two-way main zipper
It makes access to gear carried on the belt easier and supports ventilation.
Helikon-Tex designed the Wolfhound with quick access to everyday gear in mind.
Four pockets close with solid YKK® zippers, which secure the contents in movement and during a halt. The layout of the pockets lets you reach for gear without taking off your backpack.
Side pockets
They are placed so that they also work with the hip belt of a backpack.
An internal pocket
A safe place for documents, a wallet or more sensitive accessories.
A chest pocket
For a phone, a small notebook or a map, that is for everything you want at hand.
On the shoulders you find hook-and-loop panels for personalising the jacket.
