Το μαχαίρι Herbertz Olivenholz είναι ιδανικό για εργασίες στη φύση και είναι κατάλληλο για τουρίστες και κατασκηνωτές για κατασκήνωση ή πικνίκ.

Είναι εξοπλισμένο με λάμα με λείο κόψιμο τύπου Drop Point κατασκευασμένη από χάλυβα 440. Για το άνοιγμα χρησιμοποιείται αυλάκι στη λάμα και ασφαλίζεται με το σύστημα Backlock.

Η λαβή είναι κατασκευασμένη από ξύλο ελιάς με όμορφο σχέδιο και διαθέτει χαλύβδινες σφήνες. Στο κάτω μέρος υπάρχει ένα άνοιγμα για κορδόνι.
