Pocket Herbertz knife inspired by the traditional French Laguiole knife.

It features a blade with a smooth edge made from 71-layer Damascus steel and a core made from stainless steel 8Cr13MoV. The knife opens manually via a notch on the blade and is secured by a Slipjoint spring.

The handle is made from Quince wood, which has an interesting grain structure. It is also decorated with brass rivets and polished steel inlays. In the lower part of the handle there is a corkscrew.
