Husky Bizon 3 Classic from the Outdoor Classic range is a free-standing double-wall tent with a fibreglass frame and a generous vestibule where you can store all your luggage and cook when the weather turns. A total length of 410 cm gives three people room for hiking and camping from spring to autumn.

A large vestibule for luggage and cooking

A substantial part of the 410 cm total length is taken up by the vestibule — rucksacks and panniers fit in it and you can sit out the rain there with a stove. The 7.9 and 8.5 mm fibreglass poles are light and flexible, and a steel peg set anchors the tent reliably. A storage pocket for small items and a repair kit are included.

Taped seams and a laminated groundsheet

The 185T polyester flysheet has a polyurethane coating with a 3,000 mm H₂O water column and taped seams. The breathable 190T nylon inner tent with mosquito mesh keeps air moving, and the groundsheet is laminated polyethylene — a material that stands up well to abrasion and to damp from the ground.

✗ Cons: a weight of 5.3 kg suits a campsite rather than a rucksack, the 3,000 mm water column is the lowest in the Husky range, fibreglass poles are heavier and more brittle than aluminium ones, and the 135 cm height does not let you stand up.
