On patrol, the situation changes in seconds and you need to clip your dog on or off without hesitation. The K9 Thorn Alpha harness is built on the classic cut of a patrol harness that units around the world have been using for many years. Its 44 mm polyamide webbing lets you fit it precisely to your dog, and when it fits well, you have your dog fully under control at work. It fastens with hook-and-loop.

One-handed clipping

The curved, black-anodised aluminium V-ring has a strength of 20 kN and takes any carabiner – including a Kong Frog. One hand is all you need, leaving the other free for your dog or your gear.

Stands up to weather and daily duty

Weather does not harm the polyamide straps; they keep their colour and do not abrade, fray or unravel with normal use. The underside is made of structural mesh, which improves ventilation under the harness and makes it more comfortable for the dog to wear. The harness also has a 15 × 10 cm hook-and-loop panel.
