K9 Thorn Collar with Cobra-Bravo 45mm Handle in elegant olive colour is designed for specialist tasks and extreme conditions.
The Cobra buckle, manufactured by the renowned Austrian company Austrialpin, is ideal for alpine climbing and extreme sports. It offers breaking strength of 9 kN and loop strength of 18 kN. The body is made from aluminium 7075, pins and clamping rod from stainless steel, buckles from brass.
The Austrialpin adjuster from aircraft aluminium has strength of 15 kN. For attaching the dog, a black anodised aluminium curved V-ring with capacity of 20 kN is used, allowing quick attachment of any carabiner, including Kong Frog Express, without needing a second hand.
The collar is equipped with hook-and-loop fastener for a formation badge or dog's name. Made from polyamide strap Pa6 with strength of 20 kN (2000 kg) and thickness of 2.2 mm, it offers:
- Maximum durability and aesthetics compared with other types of strap (polyester, polypropylene, cotton).
- Resistance to weather conditions and colour fastness.
- No chafing, shedding, fraying and protruding fibres during normal use.
- Simple strap sealing, which melts when exposed to heat.
Thanks to its rigidity and thickness, this collar is the best choice for strap finishing.
