Farfalle, farfalloni, farfalline... they all mean the same thing – butterflies, smaller or larger! This popular type of pasta is beloved for its delicate surface and cheerful shape, which combines a thick centre with thinner wings. It is said that thanks to the variety of textures, farfalle is particularly suited to creamy sauces, and we cannot disagree. We imagined them in a quite classic Italian side dish with spinach and gorgonzola cheese, additionally decorated with almond flakes. It seems we cooked correctly, because LYO Farfalle has captivated the taste buds of outdoor enthusiasts craving adventure from day one.

The dishes are cooked and seasoned before freeze-drying.

They contain no artificial ingredients, no added sugars, no palm oil and no preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural raw materials. Shelf life is approximately 4 years.
