The Lite is the most packable and at the same time the lightest summer sleeping bag in our range, which makes it not only an ideal companion on multi-day cycling trips but also essential kit for warm countries - for hiking and for a night at a campsite by the sea. Weighing a little over half a kilogram and packing down to about two litres, it will certainly not get in the way in your backpack. In very warm conditions you are also sure to appreciate being able to unzip the Lite completely and turn it into a quilt.

Clima Control Shield

Clima Control Shield (CCS) technology brings a balanced outer fabric: it prevents warm air from escaping from the inside and at the same time provides adequate breathability. It optimises the ratio between wind resistance, which keeps the warmth in, and the venting of internal moisture, which prevents condensation. The combination of these properties ensures comfort and a favourable climate inside the sleeping bag. The water-repellent finish provides sufficient protection against bad weather. Fabric with the Clima Control Shield finish is light, packable and soft to the touch.

So the cold stays out.

Because we know that cold is the number one enemy of sleep, we fight it by every means available.

• The zip is of course two-way and can be operated from the inside as well as the outside. On top of that it has a baffle on the inside that effectively stops draughts. The baffle is padded, so even if you were to lie on the zip it would not wake the Princess and the Pea.
• It may seem like a trifle, but which of us would think of taking clothes pegs into the outdoors? That is why we have fitted our sleeping bags with two loops for easier hanging and faster drying.

When the heat is unbearable

If you happen to be sleeping in really warm countries and feeling really hot, nothing is easier than unzipping the Lite and turning it into a 170x190 cm blanket, which your other half will fit under with ease as well.

Single-layer BHB Micro thermal insulation (1x60 g/m2)

Caring for your thermal comfort and at the same time for low weight and packability, we chose single-layer thermal insulation. The BHB Micro microfibre batting is stitched to the outer fabric with evenly spaced transverse seams, which keeps it permanently and evenly distributed.
