The material used is proven polyester with a laminated waterproof membrane, equipped with diamond-pattern RipStop treatment, which increases fabric durability and prevents further tearing in the event of a tear.

Two valves are made from nylon and the exhaust valve is additionally equipped with a silicone flap for 100% sealing. The mattress chambers are connected in an H-shape, which creates no cold spots and at the same time prevents air circulation inside. In addition, BHB microfibre insulation is glued to the chambers on the inside, which significantly increases thermal comfort.

Thanks to the integrated pump, you will no longer have to struggle with inflation. Simply open the valve and after two minutes of stepping you are ready to lie down. The integrated foot pump is in principle a very simple device. It consists of a chamber made of impermeable foam, a one-way flap and a lid. When you open the lid, the chamber fills with air. Your task is to compress the entire chamber so that your foot blocks the opening and pushes air from the chamber through the flap into the mattress. Then you lift your foot to allow fresh air into the chamber from outside, and compress it again as described above. Repeat this procedure until the mattress is inflated, then close the lid.

To prevent air leakage through the top fabric of the mattress, an impermeable membrane is laminated to the polyester fabric. Laminating a continuous membrane instead of applying a coating eliminates the possibility of applying an uneven layer of coating in areas with material irregularities. This can lead to insufficient coating being applied and air leakage in such affected areas. The use of PU foam with a heat-laminated membrane (TPU) is currently the highest quality combination of materials on the market.

The top and bottom fabrics are not connected directly, which would create cold spots; instead they are connected by a crossbar that maintains shape and at the same time allows perfect thermal insulation. In addition, a thin layer of synthetic BHB Micro insulation is attached to the inside of the chambers, which maximises the insulating effect whilst having almost no impact on weight and packability.
