Serrated edge for skins and crusts

The wavy-ground stainless steel edge bites easily into tomato skin, the crust of bread rolls or the smooth skin of fruit and slices without squashing. The blade comes professionally sharpened from the factory.

Blade hidden in the handle

The blade folds into the ergonomically shaped polypropylene handle, so you can carry the knife in a backpack pocket or a picnic basket without a sheath. When folded, it measures approximately 13 cm and weighs 42 g. The knife is dishwasher safe and made in Switzerland.
