A cargo jogger is practical when it is made from a light yet strong fabric. Vintage Industries Clyde is built on ripstop in a cotton and nylon blend — light, breathable and tear-resistant. Elastic ankles and slightly tapered legs give the trousers a clean shape, and cargo pockets add space.
Ripstop that stops the tear
A reinforced yarn is woven into the fabric in a regular grid. When the material catches on something, the tear stops at the nearest grid line and goes no further. That is exactly why ripstop is used for field gear.
